Why we built it this way

Cimba was built on an observation about how enterprise software actually gets used. Dashboards report what already happened. Workflow tools run the steps somebody defined in advance, exactly as defined, including on the days when that is the wrong thing to run. General purpose assistants are capable of a great deal and wait to be asked. All three are genuinely useful. But none of them notice anything on their own.

So Cimba starts from the other end. It reads every system the business already runs, continuously and around the clock, across every account, location and line item rather than the handful somebody thought to check. It spots what deserves attention without being prompted, and sends the Next Best Action to the person who owns it, with the reasoning and the numbers attached. A person approves it, Cimba executes, and every step is logged, so a decision can be audited months later by someone who was not in the room. The models underneath are built for operations work rather than adapted to it, which is what makes running at that scale affordable enough to be worth doing. Your ERP stays the book of record.
